MySpace.com is experiencing significant issues with
Copyright and Misuse Violations from software offered at the
following URL:

http://www.davidfinucane.com/index.html (207.44.246.62)

Specifically, the MyMySpaceMail program
(www.davidfinucane.com/MyMySpaceMail/) and the CrawlSpace
program (http://www.davidfinucane.com/crawlspace/) pages
violate the copyrights attained by MySpace in reference to
logos, descriptions of, or references to MySpace.com.

In addition to copyright violations, MySpace.com prohibits
the distribution or use of any automated programs (BOTS,
Crawlers etc.) that may affect, alter, or locate specific
information or images on our website.

We ask that ALL information and software related to these
programs be removed from
http://www.davidfinucane.com/index.html and any other web
presences that you and any of your affiliates, officers,
employees, agents, or other persons or entities acting in
concert with you or at your direction associate with
(i.e. versiontracker.com etc.).

By this letter we ask that you and any of your affiliates,
officers, employees, agents, or other persons or entities
acting in concert with you or at your direction, immediately
cease and desist from the activities described above in
connection with your website or other products or services.

Your activities are causing and will continue to cause
MySpace substantial and irreparable harm.  You will be
liable for the damages suffered by MySpace, and will be
subject to penalties, fines and even criminal imprisonment.

If you have any questions, we can be reached at
abuse@myspace.com.  If we do not hear from you, MySpace
expects you to comply with this demand as soon as possible
or further legal action will be taken.
